Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all course enrollments made with AdaptSmart. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to supportadaptsmart@co.uk and will only be eligible if received at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the course. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Refund requests submitted after this period, or once the course has commenced, will generally not be considered. This policy ensures that places reserved in the course are respected, since each class has a limited number of students and once a place is taken, it cannot easily be reassigned. It also allows AdaptSmart to allocate teaching staff, schedule lessons, and prepare course materials in advance, maintaining consistency and quality of delivery. By protecting the integrity of group size and lesson planning, this approach supports a stable learning environment for all children and ensures that each participant receives the intended educational benefits.
However, exceptions may be granted in cases of severe illness or other extraordinary circumstances, provided appropriate evidence is supplied. As an alternative to a refund, AdaptSmart permits course fees to be transferred to another child, an alternative course, or a future enrollment.
In the event that a course is cancelled by AdaptSmart, parents/guardians will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer fees to another course. Please note that certain administrative or payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
